Frequently Asked Questions

FNSBS has always been concerned with protecting your personal data in compliance with best practices and applicable law.

Recently, the European Union has adopted the General Data Protection Regulation - RPGD which gives data subjects a number of new rights. One of the main changes is the obligation to obtain the free, specific, informed and explicit consent of data subjects for activities such as Marketing and Satisfaction Surveys, avoiding abuse in sending unsolicited messages.

The RPGD becomes applicable from 25 May 2018, which means that if you do not give your free, specific, informed and explicit consent, you will no longer be able to receive unsolicited messages, namely those concerning:

(i) confirmation of appointments, appointment correction alerts, workshops, testing, vaccines and others;
ii) miscellaneous information conveyed by the FNSBS e-news (including new services, agreements, means of payment, miscellaneous benefits, health tips and satisfaction surveys).

We always try to serve you better by sending you personalized information that interests you. Without your consent we will not be able to use your personal data for these purposes.

Your consent is crucial, but so is the timeliness of your data. In order to ensure the security and legitimacy of your personal data, we cannot submit them to you on theConsent Form, which is why we ask and thank you in advance for completing them.
